Most items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 90 days of purchase.You have the option of a cash refund, a Gift Card for the amount of the purchase or an even exchange for the product. We also follow any manufacturer's warranties. You can make up to three No Receipt returns within a 45 day period.We will send a pre-paid shipping return label via email if the return is a result of our error. Please print the label and affix it to your package. All items must be in original packaging. All accessories in the original shipment must be included.

Most of our customers are thrilled with their purchase and we expect you will be too. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any watch that has not been worn, scratched, damaged or sized within 60 days for exchange or a store credit. It is impossible to wear a watch for even a short time without scratching it so please do not wear your new watch until you are sure you are going to keep it. Since we do not sell used watches, once a watch has been worn or sized it may be returned for service or repair only (if necessary), not for exchange or credit. In order to keep our cost of doing business down and our prices as low as possible, we do not give refunds or charge card credits once you have received your new watch. No exceptions!
